The international exhibition TurkmenTextile Expo-2025 has officially opened in Ashgabat, becoming a key event of the year for Turkmenistan’s textile sector. Organized by the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan and TurkmenExpo, with support from the country’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the exhibition will run through June 13, reports Turkmenportal.tm.
This year’s forum brings together over 100 exhibitors and participants from more than 25 countries, including Italy, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Singapore, India, Uzbekistan, and Pakistan. The diverse international presence - from investors and designers to industry experts - highlights Turkmenistan’s rising role as a textile and fashion hub in Central Asia.
The exhibition showcases the entire textile production chain: from cotton, silk, and wool processing to finished garments, eco-friendly dyeing technologies, and cutting-edge fashion collections.
A highlight of the event is its vibrant business and creative program, offering visitors:

On the eve of the official opening, a pre-exhibition day featured masterclasses, visits to design studios, and informal networking sessions that set the tone for the days ahead.
