A Dual-Use Goods Identification Laboratory has opened under the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Pressa.tj reports.
The opening of the Dual-Use Goods Identification Laboratory in Tajikistan is an important step in the development of the national export control system. The creation of a specialized expert platform will improve the quality of identification and classification of dual-use goods, ensure scientifically sound expertise, and strengthen the country's compliance with international obligations related to the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
