DUSHANBE — The development of digital technologies — from satellite monitoring to artificial intelligence — is shaping a new model of water resource management, according to information from the Secretariat of the Dushanbe Water Process, as reported by Khovar.

The integration of real-time sensors and predictive analytics enables a shift from reactive responses to science-based water resource management.

"Smart solutions ensure accurate assessment of water reserves, early warning of droughts and floods, and reduced losses in water supply systems," the statement notes.
